3. Fees & Payments

All service fees are shared transparently before project initiation. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms and in the specified currency. Any third-party fees (e.g., government charges, bank fees) are payable in addition to our service charges unless specified in writing.

Refunds are not issued once documentation has been submitted or processes have been initiated.

4. Confidentiality

Probiz Nexus respects your privacy and will handle your personal and business information with the highest level of confidentiality. We will not share your information with any third party except as required for service fulfillment or as mandated by law.

5. Intellectual Property
